My carrier and the counter workers at the Genoa City Post Office are the best. They are always friendly and helpful when I call to check on packages. I get quite a few priority packages and I'm never sure if they will fit in my mailbox or with some of them I don't want them left outside my apartment so when I call to ask to have them held for pickup they are always very willing to help. It makes it so much easier when people are willing to be helpful and courteous to each other.

Most poorly staffed post office I've ever seen. A bunch of morons here. I ususally go to the town over just to avoid them. I will be getting a PO box just so my driver doesn't screw up my mail again. I'm constantly getting my neighbors' mail. She's always late and erratic. The post office seems to be making up excuses for that woman. In one day one clerk told me that she was really sick. Another told me that she was having car trouble. The day she delivered my $400 bow, she literally threw it on my porch (I'm assuming she was mad she had to get up off her fat lazy ass.) I spoke with the post master, and she won't do a damn thing. Another occasion this man refused to mail my package because there was a perfume sample in it. Mind you, 2 ounces is acceptable. The sample bottle was 0.05 ounces...and he still could not figure it out...

Just had a package delivered and it had already been ripped opened!!!! Untrustworthy carriers, need to be fired for tampering with the mail!

Some major idiots clearly work here. Had a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday, the driver marked the package has unable to deliver and then 2 minutes later marked it as delivered despite not actually delivering it. Called and talked to two different people only to be told that the driver delivered it to the wrong address. I was assured that they were going to retrieve it and then deliver it to me today only to get home and see that it was never delivered. Thanks for nothing.

So, tracking said I had two packages delivered to my home Sunday afternoon, but they never showed up.

This morning I was walking my dog and saw two packages that were about the size of what my two packages were. Walk over and notice they WERE mine. There were 5 other packages, all of which belonged to 5 different units in my neighborhood! How does someone deliver 7 packages belonging to 6 different homes than the house’s doorstep the postman left them on, and still be employees!
